To access Kepito's services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your name, email address, organisation details, and other required fields. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission, secure authentication protocols, and regular security monitoring.

Account administrators can invite team members, assign role-based permissions, and manage project access. Administrators are responsible for ensuring that team members comply with these Terms and for managing access controls appropriately within their organisation.

Kepito connects to your Autodesk Construction Cloud account through secure OAuth 2.0 authentication. By connecting your ACC account, you authorise Kepito to access your BIM files, project data, and associated metadata as necessary to provide our services. This access is limited to the scope you explicitly grant during the authorisation process.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to grant Kepito access to your BIM data and authorise its processing for the purposes described in these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with any third-party agreements related to the BIM data you process through our platform.

You retain all ownership rights to your BIM data and metadata. Kepito does not claim ownership of your data and will only use it to provide the services described in these Terms. We may create derived insights and analytics from your data, but these remain tied to your specific projects and are not shared with other users.

Kepito offers multiple subscription tiers designed to meet different organisational needs, from individual professionals to enterprise teams. Each subscription is project-specific, allowing you to maintain multiple active subscriptions for different projects simultaneously.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed securely with industry-standard encryption. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We accept major credit cards and provide detailed billing history through your account dashboard.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis and are generally not available for partial billing periods, except as required by law.

We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data, including end-to-end encryption, secure data transmission protocols, regular security audits, and access controls. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud platforms with industry-standard certifications and compliance frameworks.

Kepito and all related software, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of Kepito and its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all intellectual property rights in your BIM data, metadata, and content uploaded to our platform. By using our services, you grant Kepito a limited licence to process, analyse, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the services described in these Terms.
