ACC Integration Guide
Last updated: Learn how to add Kepito as a custom integration in your Autodesk Construction Cloud environment
1Access Account Administration
- Log into your Autodesk Construction Cloud account using your admin credentials.
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select "Account Admin" from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate to the "Settings" section in the left sidebar.
2Add Kepito Custom Integration
Choose one of the following methods to add Kepito to your ACC environment:
Method 1: Custom Integrations
- In Account Admin, click on "Custom Integrations" in the left sidebar.
- Click the "Add Integration" or "+" button.
- In the integration form, enter the following details:
Integration Name: Kepito BIM Metadata Platform
Client ID:
o85M8LS0J3pP32uZYXZUQ2memotgrGydJhXPbBnbIpwNDeycDescription: BIM metadata extraction and management platform
- Click "Save" or "Add Integration" to complete the setup.
- For multi-region users: Switch to each additional regional account and repeat this process using the same Client ID.
Method 2: Add App
- In Account Admin, look for "Apps" or "Manage Apps" section.
- Click "Add App" or "Browse Apps".
- Search for "Kepito" or add by Client ID if available.
- If Kepito appears in the app directory, click "Install" or "Add".
- If not found, use "Add Custom App" and enter:
Client ID:

- For multi-region users: Switch to each additional regional account and repeat this process using the same Client ID.
3Verify Integration Setup
- After adding Kepito, verify it appears in your Custom Integrations or Apps list.
- Check that the status shows as "Active" or "Enabled".
- Verify Kepito is properly configured and ready to use.
4Create Your First Kepito Project
- Return to your Kepito Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Subscriptions page and select a subscription plan if you haven't already.
- Click "Create Project" to start the project creation wizard.
- During the project creation wizard, you'll be prompted to connect to your Autodesk Construction Cloud account.
- Click "Connect to Autodesk ACC".
- You'll be redirected to Autodesk to authorize Kepito - log in and grant the requested permissions.
- After authorization, select your ACC Hub from the available hubs.
- Select the ACC Project you want to connect to Kepito.
- Choose the BIM files (.rvt, .ifc) you want to analyse from the project.
- Complete the remaining project setup steps and click "Create Project".
Managing Your Integration
Modifying Permissions
To modify Kepito's permissions:
- Go to Account Admin → Custom Integrations.
- Find Kepito in the list and click "Edit" or the settings icon.
- Modify permissions as needed and save changes.
Removing the Integration
To remove Kepito from your ACC environment:
- Go to Account Admin → Custom Integrations.
- Find Kepito and click "Remove" or "Delete".
- Confirm the removal in the confirmation dialog.
Note: Removing the integration will prevent Kepito from accessing your ACC data, but won't delete your Kepito projects or processed data.
Troubleshooting
Can't Find Custom Integrations Menu
If you don't see the Custom Integrations option:
- Verify you're logged in as an Account Admin
- Check the Settings section or look for "Apps" instead
- Try "Integrations" or "API Access" in the admin panel
- Contact your ACC administrator for access
Authorisation Failed During Project Creation
If Kepito can't connect to your ACC during project creation:
- Verify Kepito appears in your Custom Integrations list
- Check that the Client ID was entered correctly:

- Try removing and re-adding the integration
Can't See ACC Projects or Hubs in Kepito
If your ACC projects or hubs don't appear in Kepito:
- Ensure you have access to the ACC projects you're trying to connect
- Verify Kepito is properly configured in your integration settings
- Check that the ACC Hub is properly selected
- For multi-region users: Verify that the Kepito Client ID has been added as a custom integration in all regional accounts you want to access (US, Australia, Europe, etc.)
- If you only see hubs from one region (e.g., only US hubs), add the Client ID to your other regional accounts
- Refresh the page and try again after adding the integration to additional regions
BIM Files Not Processing
If your BIM files aren't being processed:
- Wait 15-20 minutes - processing can take time for large files
- Verify the files are supported formats (Revit, IFC)
- Check that Kepito is properly integrated with your ACC environment
- Contact support if processing appears stuck
